The story of Juru Recycling began in 1987, when Dato' Seri Pulayantran founded Syarikat Endran, a sole proprietorship built on a simple philosophy: offer fair pricing, provide reliable service, and build lasting customer relationships.
Starting with a single lorry and a modest scrapyard, he personally collected recyclable materials from factories and businesses across Penang. Through honesty, hard work, and consistent service, the business gradually earned the trust of manufacturers, contractors, engineering firms, and industrial customers.
In 2007, the business was formally incorporated as Utrasen Metals (M) Sdn. Bhd., marking an important milestone in its growth. As customer needs evolved, the company expanded beyond traditional scrap metal trading to provide comprehensive industrial recycling, factory clearance, machinery disposal, and asset recovery solutions for businesses across Malaysia.
Over the years, the company expanded beyond traditional scrap trading to support a wider range of industrial recycling and asset recovery projects, serving businesses across multiple industries throughout Malaysia.
Today, Dato' Seri Pulayantran remains a shareholder and advisor to the company while dedicating much of his time to social service and philanthropic activities.
